If you are encountering problems with gaining access to your course materials please send an email to Follett Customer Support. It is important to include the following information in your support ticket to help expedite the process:
- Course name and number
- screenshots of what you are encountering
Students can submit a ticket to Support from inside your course. Navigate to your LMS course and locate your Course Support link. You can use this link to create a support ticket to contact us. Be sure to fill out all the fields and attach any screenshots you can.
