This document walks through the process of copying your integrated Moodle course from one semester to the next. This is a simple process that requires only a few steps. To get started, you should have your Moodle course for the new term as well as the name of the course you want to copy from the previous term.
Step 1: Copying your Moodle Course Content
- In Moodle, select the course to which you want to add the information.
- Click Import from the Course Administration menu. Depending on the Moodle version and theme of your course, you will either find this by clicking on the gear icon () in the top right corner of your course, or you will find it in the Settings menu below the Navigation block.

Step 2: Renew your Link for students to access course materials
Once your course content has been successfully copied, your next step is to establish your new Willo course link with the students for your new semester/term.
Navigate to Modules and click on the Publisher Course Link or eBook Link. This will then prompt you to connect and/or pair to your publisher courseware. Be sure to finish activating your publisher content by signing in to their portal and completing the pairing process.
