In this article, you will find the steps to connect your Packback courseware to Canvas using the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery tool 1.1 with your campus program.

Part One: Pairing Your Course
Step 1.
Navigate to your Canvas Dashboard to select the Course where you would like to add the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link in Canvas.
Step 2.
Click the blue Module button on the right-hand side.
Step 3.
Name the Module where the courseware links will go, then click Add Module.
Step 4.
Click the + to the right of the module name.
Step 5.
From the dropdown menu, select External Tool.
Step 6.
Next, select the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link. If you do not see one of these options, your campus LMS Administrator may have named it something different such as Willo, Willo Uno or Follett-Willo. Find one that is similar to one of the options. Then, click Add Item.
Step 7.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 8.
You should now see a course, or a list of courses to choose from if you're teaching multiple courses/sections. If the correct course information appears, click the appropriate green Select button, then click the Review Details button.
- Note: If the course information is not accurate, you will need to enter in a Product Token. Please see the Product Token section below for more information.
Step 9.
The Review Selected Course Materials screen will appear. Check that the course information appears correctly. If the course information is correct, select the Confirm Selection button.

Using your Product Token
Note: This step is only necessary if your course materials do not auto-populate in Step 8.
- Enter the six-digit Product Token and click Verify. (If you do not have a Product Token, please email facultysetup@follett.com.)
- Make sure product and course details are correct and click Confirm.

Step 10.
A new screen will pop up confirming that your course has been paired successfully.
Click Course Management button.
Part Two: Adding a Packback Link to Your Canvas Content
Step 11.
Click Add Product Links.
Step 12.
Check the boxes next to Course Support and Packback links you would like to add to your course. Then click Return Links to LMS.
*If you do not see any publisher links listed under Course Support and Instructor Self-Service, please skip ahead to Adding Publisher Links below.
NOTE: The Instructor Self-Service link will bring you to the Course Management page where you can adjust certain course details if necessary. If you feel this will be a useful function to have, please feel free to select the Instructor Self-Service link in addition to the other links. If you do add the Instructor Self-Service link to your course, be sure to keep it hidden from students.
Step 13.
Then, select the radio button for Push Links Directly to My Course and click Submit.
Step 14.
Once the links have been successfully pushed to your course, you will see the following screen. You can now close this window and proceed to Step 15.

Part Three: Adding a Packback Publisher Links to Your Course
i) If you do not see any product links listed under Course Support and Instructor Self-Service after clicking Product Links, check the box next to Course Support, then click Return link(s) to LMS.
ii) Next, click Close window.
iii) Continue by closing out of this tab on your browser and returning to your Canvas course.
iv) Return to the module where you placed your Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link, then click it again. Next, click Continue in a new window.
v) Now click Add Publisher Links. You will then be prompted to log into your publisher account to select the courseware links you would like to add to your course. If you need assistance with your publisher account, please reach out to your publisher representative.

Step 15.
Return to your Canvas. Your links have now been added to a new module called Imported Course Resources. You can now publish or arrange any of these links as needed.
Click on the Packback link you just added to your course.
Step 16.
- Select Academic Term and click Submit.
- Log into Packback using your Packback credentials by selecting I Have An Account or I've Never Used Packback to create an account.
Step 17.
Locate your Packback community that you have created and click Connect.
Return to the modules area in Canvas. You should now be able to use the content you just added!
