This article will guide students through the steps that they will take if they have chosen to opt out of the campus IA/EA program, and the census period has ended.
After the census period has ended:
- If you have not opted out of the course materials, you will click on the publisher content link in the LMS course section and will be launched directly into your course materials.
- If you have has opted out of the course materials, you will be presented with the below options when you launch a publisher content link in their course.
How to Regain Access After Opting Out
If you opted out of the Access Program and purchased your course materials elsewhere (from the publisher or a third-party vendor), follow these steps:

Send an email to: support@willolabs.com
Subject Line: [Course Name and Number] Access Code Verification

Include the following details in the email:
- Your Name
- Instructor’s Name
- Campus Name
- Proof of Purchase or the Access Code you purchased
Once the Support team verifies your purchase, they will grant you access to the course materials.
