Steps below can be found for all browsers. Please scroll down to locate each of them.
Google Chrome
Step 1:
In the upper left hand corner of your screen, click on "Chrome" and then select "Clear Browsing Data"
Step 2) Click on the drop down next to "Time range" and select "All time" then click the "Clear data" button
Safari
- Click on the "Safari" tab at the top left of your screen and choose "Preferences..." from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Preferences section. Laura McCamy/Business Insider - Click the "Advanced" tab of the menu that pops up.
- At the end of the tab, select the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" box and close the Preferences menu.
Make sure this box is checked. Laura McCamy/Business Insider - Click the "Develop" tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page.
- Click "Empty Caches" from the dropdown menu.
Firefox

In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click and select .
- Select the panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click .
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- For more information about managing site data, see Manage local site storage settings.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the button.
To clear your browser cache for PC:
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Clear the Web Browser Cache - Internet Explorer 10 & 11
- Click on the Tools drop-down menu.
- Select Delete Browsing History from the Safety side-menu.
- In the window that opens, check the Temporary Internet Files and History checkbox and then click Delete.
Clear the cache in Firefox
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. ...
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. ...
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
