Willo allows you to easily add course material links (ebooks, courseware, and assignments) to your course without needing to ask for the help of your Quercus team or instructional designers.
1. To begin, navigate to the "Settings" area and select "Navigation" from across the top. Now locate Willo Labs from the bottom half and drag it to the top and select "Save"
2. You will now see the Will Labs on the left hand side bar. Click on "Willo Labs"
3. You will now be asked to enter your "Product Token" that you received via email and click on "Verify". If you are still in need of your "Product Token" please reach out to support@willolabs.com and they will assist you.
4. Confirm that your course details look correct. If everything looks good, select "Confirm". If your materials do not match what you are using, send us an email at support@willolabs.com and we will assist you.
5. Your eBook has now been paired. Please click on "Course Management"
6. Now click on "Add Product Links"
7. Select your links to be added to your course and click on "Next Step" in the bottom right hand corner. Please be sure to add the Course Support Link as this is needed for students to reach out for eText assistance.
8. Now select "Push Link Directly to My Course" and then "Submit"
Your Links can now be found in your Modules under a new Module titled "Imported Course Resources". Please feel free to move these links to any module that you would like for them to be located; or rename the Module to a name of your choosing.
9. After "Publishing" the new Module and links, select the three dots to the right of the eText link and select Edit (it will look similar to this):
- Select the box for Load in a new tab and select Update:
10. Click on the "eText" that you just added to your Module. You will now be prompted to select the "Academic Term" for your course by clicking on the drop down arrow to the right and click on "Submit"
If you have any questions, please Submit a Request and a team member will be in touch with you.
